Threads

A creative non-fiction narrative about my family since the turn of the 20th century, weaving more than 30 connections among a series of strange attractors.

In the preface to the 1st edition of Philosophy in a New Key, Susanne Langer quotes J.M. Thorbum:

“all the genuine, deep delight of life is in showing people the mud-pies you have made; and life is at its best when we confidingly recommend our mud-pies to each other’s sympathetic consideration.”
